TO ALL: You people can argue all you want, I only want to know one thing. How come ALYD is dropping while all 4 of my other Y2K stocks are rising?? Even PTUS made a nice move today. What gives? Jeffrey you must have a big interest in this stock action. JDN

I don't know if CSGI's offering was dilutive or not. I probably assume it was.

However, CSGI's Reg. D. was done through a pension fund of a large German company. These shares have been registered. Unlike a Reg. S. it is easy to see who these shareholders are.

Your buddy Bob, didn't do a Reg. S. with just anyone, he did it with a
company who stated they don't plan to hold the stock! He gave these shares to CHASE knowing that they didn't plan on holding on to the stock.

Then he did another Reg. S. with a UNNAMED investor at $15.00

There is a big difference between doing a offering with company like CSGI did and doing all these Reg. S. offerings like Bob has done.

however, I am sure you will try to twist you way out of it.

I wonder if there is no difference between Reg.D and Reg.S, why Bob keeps doing the Reg. S offerings. Does he have something to hide ?

Why doesn't he want these shares to be registered before they can be sold ?

This is what CHASE said about the ALYD shares that Bob gave them.

ukbusinessnet.com

"We're not an investment company, we won't hold on to the stock indefinitely," said Chase MD Chris McAuley. "We'll realise the cash value to fund further growth as we need it and to make further acquisitions."

Hey, why don't we give these guys a $6 million Reg. S stock and see what happens.

Furthermore, lets not do it as a Reg. D so they don't even have to register the stock.

Sounds good to me.
