If its true that two individuals have already picked up the claims I doubt their is a error on the MTO government end.They would have enough checks and balances in place to protect themselves. The consolidation of these claims previously would be irrelevant because all parties would have been aware of this. This is pretty simple stuff if you are running a company dealing with MTO.Keep your dues up to date.There appears to always be predatory individuals lieing in the wings to pick up these expired claims.In this case OUCH
