I assume the shares were dilutive.

However unlike Reg S. shares (ALYD's and your buddy Bob Gruder's favorite tool) the Reg. D shares have to be registered before they are
sold.

That is why you had no idea that CHASE was dumping their stock.

Furthermore, CSGI's Reg. D was done through a pension fund of a large German company. This is completely different than how Bob Gruder gave $6.0 Million ! in tradable stock to CHASE.

Chase indicated that they had NO long term plans on holding onto the stock.

Investors in ALYD had no idea that CHASE was going to dump shares because they didn't have to register them before they sold. Just like you will have no idea when the other 150,000 shares of ALYD (in the most recent Reg S.) will hit the street.
