All of we liberals do a pretty good job of advancing the human species to a better place. The criteria I always have in my mind's eye is to see the pain and suffering that is pervasive throughout the world replaced by happy healthy people and children free from fear and with full bellies and good shelter. I think that's what all of we liberals fight for in our own way. No child on earth should have to suffer. We should all help the world's children grow up with big smiles on their face.
