A clean slate for the whole show. As 65% owners, CF management should be INTIMATELY aware of such an important item. No excuses. EE should fire them all, and start again. With their huge salaries and the limited workload over the years - if this all turns out to be true, this is absolutely inexcusable. I still don't understand HOW CF isn't halted? Anyone have any ideas? You would think even if they are negotiating to buy back the property - there is material info out that not all of the market are aware of... Halt until its sorted?
