Great idea brundall.Not a word out of CUU today to let the unsuspecting buyers grab away shares on a strong copper day and base metal stock rally.Some are saying they might try to negotiate to get claims back etc.Bottom line how did it happen in the first place? I doubt this is the first time claims have been scooped up under anothers noses it must be a talking point in the business to keep your MTO paperwork up to date.
