**Just wanted to clarify that being a 10% shareholder means owning 10% of the total number of voting shares. The number of shares outstanding has nothing to do with it. Milk

Milk, you're welcome and thanks for setting me straight on that share count. That's a huge blunder on my part and I can't figure out how I got my info mixed up. That last filing is confusing how- ever in that it does not give a share count as sec filings usually do, just the bit about the 10% ownership. When you said you'd look into NCII and MTCI I hope you did'nt think in terms of investment. Both issues are very bedraggeled right now and not suitable for even a speculative account at this juncture,IMO.Thanks again,p.b.
