That's what I'm asking. Who? My mention of the $12 billion dollar price was not to say that TLAB is too expensive to be bought out. I brought up the $12 billion to point out that only really large companies could afford to buy them.

Obviously companies like LU, NT, ALA, SMAWY, ERICY, etc. don't need TLAB so who is going to buy them? CSCO?
