I am not looking at a one week trade, so the potential value at deal closure means nothing. As I've stated, this is a great buying opportunity for WDC, for those with strong stomachs. You can buy WDC straight, or can buy it at a discount via SNDK. The potential gain in value over one week is irrelevant to my statement. I was not aware you were a short term trader. I will also add that the stock has the potential to increase 10 fold over the next 5 years. If you want to try to pick a bottom, go for it. I'm buying at a good price, for the long term.
