The poor need help and the dems understand that.

And have failed at it since the days of LBJ and the Great Society. Guns and butter just plain doesn't work, but Dems can't understand it due to their failed ideology and fixed ideas.

Even the government's very own charts show virtually no motion on lowering poverty since the 1970s at best.
