Ampco-Pittsburgh Corp. (AP)

Good job w/ AP as you really had to be patient w/ this one. In the last 30 days there has been larger than normal vol that may indicate someone is/are accumulating shares. Still selling below BV so I will hold out for BV (@$19.50/share) or higher for the rest of my shares. I will use as a source of funds if I find anything else that looks attractive.

FWIW, have my eye on Deere & Company (NYSE: DE) & Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ: CALM). This is my continued investment in AG related stocks. Also want to pick up YARIY but missed my Buy price by $0.35/share. You seemed to hit the recent low w/ your last Buy.

Have you looked at the CEF Fund EXG? I was alerted to this one as they are selling at a significant discount to their NAV. You get a good way to have European exposure & monthly dividend income w/ out specific stock risk. I am thinking that may/could be the way I build my European exposure or like w/ story specific companies like CCC.

Ampco-Pittsburgh Corp. (AP) - scaling out my large position w/ another sell @ $18.76/share

This is my GN undervalued play that I started buying almost 1 year ago. First Buys at/near $16.35/share and then several additional Buys down to $10.50/share. My target for sells was at/above $19.00/share which is stated BV. The GN model has $30.00/share as fair value but that may/could be high as AP recently acquired another similar company taking on debt but management says is immediately accretive.

The strategy is to sell all my $15.00/share and higher 'high cost' shares and then leave the rest in the portfolio. Took some off the table in both the taxable and IRA account(s).

I have two other undervalued GN stocks on my Buy list: Security National Financial Corp. (SNFCA) and
Trinity Industries Inc. (TRN).

Titan International Inc. (TWI) came up again on my list as they announced they are looking to sell some of their assets to pay down debt.

Titan International, Inc. Announces That Goldman, Sachs & Co. Has Been Engaged As Financial Advisor In Connection With A Possible Sale Of Titan's Subsidiary Italtractor ITM S.p.A.

Stock has already run higher but they could eventually benefit from any AG sector turnaround as they are the largest supplier of tractor tires in the sector. TWI is/could be a good one to add to my AG company basket of stocks. FWIW, I like TWI at/below $5.50/share.

I am also looking at the TWI Bond. This is senior secured rated B3 by Moody's and at the current discount yield YTM is 10.5%.
