Only if Republican voter suppression efforts are wildly successful. Trump's negatives are much worse than any candidate in history. He is widely disliked by almost every demographic except for older white males, and they don't like him that much. Even female Republicans dislike him. Now that might be enough to get the nomination, although even that is looking sort of iffy. But the general? Only if a select few is allowed to vote...
