joe, CSGI and CHASE did not form a joint venture and, as far as I know, no shares exchanged hands. They just announced a alliance. It remains to be seen if CHASE is a player or just some dead weight. This is one more of the "ifs" we are waiting for. If CHASE can provide some clients then the relationship may be mutually beneficial. I believe that CHASE has a good reputation in Europe and should be able to get a good amount of business. I am waiting to see what happens.
