BOB I spoke with Karen w. today. THIS IS THE DEAL: THE NT information on EDGAR is LAST MARCH 97 terms NOT the UPCOMING deal w/NT. THE deal they are negotiating NOW will have revenue streams retroactive to JAN 98 even if it takes until March to finilize the terms. A new CFO wiill be announced next week or the following week she thinks--- they never replaced DEysher except for Larry Whitman interim who has other resposibilities. She did not hint of ANY PREANNOUNCEMENT OF WORSE earnings, although by WEDSDAY 12/31 hold your breathe and BUY THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS OUT OF THE STOCK WHEN THEY DON"T PREANNOUNCE ---- THEY would PREANNOUNCE BY THEN OR FACE even more potential headaches from nervous instittutions like WISC. INV BOARD,or CALPERS. BOB only a preannoucement would or the knowledge of it coming would justify this stock trading at this level. Dont u agree?

shva with 5$ book and 3.5$ cash trading at around 8$ and then having about 30 mil shares means that the actual present net cap value is less than 100 M$. Considering startups with almost 0$ revenue were getting around 200M$, shva with more than 100m$ revenue at this mkt cap means very good potential for being acquired, hold on.
