This news release pertains to Evans Systems, a company that was
beginning to have interest in GRNO' units last Spring before the
SEC started looking for an easy way to try to draw attention away
from some of their then most recent major gaffs(e.g.., GIFS).

Looks like EVSI is opening doors to any possible ways of
restructuring their company and products.

Probably unrelated to GRNO in what they do, but because of
past history I thought I'd post it.

Evans Systems, Inc. Hires Investment Banker

BAY CITY, Texas, Dec. 29, /PRNewswire/ -- Evans Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: EVSI - news)
today announced that it has engaged Dresner Investment Services, Chicago, IL, to provide
investment banking services for the company. Dresner Investments, one of the largest Chicago
based investment banking firms, will make recommendations with respect to strategic and
financial options available to the company, including recapitalization, sales, mergers, acquisitions,
and joint venture opportunities.

Mr. J.L. Evans, Sr., President and CEO stated, ''The primary goal of Dresner Investment
Services is to assist the company in realizing and capitalizing on the business segment providing
the greatest opportunity for profitability and growth. They will assist us in implementing our
