Forget about case law for a moment. Does COR Clearing really think that someone posting on a message board that they made $X on a stock is proof that will hold up in court that they actually did? Proof will be their actual trading records, which will require another set of subpoenas to the DTCC, so why not just start there anyhow? And, btw, I see "janice shell" on the list. For 20 years people have been trying to figure out who she really is. I even asked her myself in person if she were a real person or a composite of many people using that name. Even she didn't know. - Jeff
