No offense taken here. It was slightly annoying that you asked same question twice and then neglected to respond to this post but I take it you prefer questions to answers.

I do not actually care who holds shares in a company I buy I watched CZO long enough to know it trades much tighter than its share count would indicate today being a perfect example.
Up 7 cents or 12% to .65 on just 168K traded. Those type of moves are common to see with CZO so whoever holds shares is not letting them go for a song.
I did enough DD on CZO to start buying it at 25 cents on Nov 9th 2015 and have aggressively bought it all way thru till march 14th at .47 cents. 38 buys since opening position No sales.

Still looks good to me and have plans to continue adding if we should see a dip into 50s.
