That's another myth. I've had two custom homes built in my life, but I don't tell people that "I built the house". I tell them I had a great builder. I tell them I had a great architect and his name is -----------. Trump pays for and buys buildings, sometimes he flips them and has people improve them for sales. Sometimes he just puts his name on a building owned by someone else. He probably doesn't even know what a leveling stick is.
