Today I covered my shorts in the drilling & oilfield services sector. You can make a bundle playing this sector down and now up. It's the most oversold group at the moment and you should specially take a look at FGII which is extremely volatile and a great trade. Shorted it at 35 when the sector took a beating and I am now long. I expect this puppy to see 35 again soon.

Not the right place to post this here, but worthwhile to study.

Michael

Barb! wrote: "Best % return 1995-- IOM(G) 1996-- ZITL 1997-- YHOO" And you know what, I shorted all three :) [made $ on the first two waiting on the third]

along this line, while waiting in a bookstore the other day, and a real one at that with actual books, I was paging through Jimmy Rogers' new one and came across something like "in no other area will people buy more of something just because it is going up in price. not VCRs, refrigerators etc. when their prices go up people buy less. only in the case of stocks will people buy just becuase the price is rising"
