I'd have to calculate, but somewhere in the low 40's, and above the current level. I also have a huge capital gains bill on my SanDisk shares that are held outside of retirement accounts. I would have much preferred that SanDisk had the wherewithal to remain independent and take the company to the next level. Given that they didn't, I see this as the next best thing. Ten years out, we're looking at significantly higher levels.

I too have converted 95% of my SNDK shares into WDC.
My average WDC price was 43.7$.
The average conversion factor was 1.65 WDC for each SNDK.
