I am glad I bought my Jaz. I can still use my thousands dollars worth of Jaz disks when I upgrade to Jaz2.
I am sorry I bought EZ135 of syquest. My EZ135 disks are useless now with syjet.

Ken

>No. It isn't a dud. This is what Jaz owners have to come to expect from their decision.

Oh Rocky Rocky. As I may have mentioned, I have a perfectly nice Jaz at work - by LaCie. No problem there. I am *not* getting a SparQ, I had scary experiences with Syquest products in the past and these memories die hard. Thanks for your sympathetic and helpful response.

Thanks to others for their *relevant* responses.
