Here is what he mentioned about different possibilities : At the slaughterhouse, measures include washing beef carcasses before dehiding them and sanitizing the carcasses with steam or o z o n e. poultry carcasses could be rinsed in a soap solution to kill bacteria and then chilled with cold air ( rather than in water bath that fosters cross contamination) Intense pulsed light also can kill germs on chicken or poultry carcasses, beef steaks or chicken parts.. keep your faith in this stock,,,it might take a few more month to get a positive reaction again...remember they have the ex Dole president on the board now...hoping for a lot of contacts in the food business..
