BCT PP!
$650k from "Leading US Biotech Fund" (unnamed I think) 19c, full warrants (30c)
That's 3.4m * 2 shares according to my calc, so 4% dilution now and 4% fd.

Not too bad (but just a starter), I guess it may help that this investor gives some credibility.
And a bit less uncertainty.

"BriaCell intends to use the offering proceeds toward the Company's Phase I/IIa clinical trial, for advancing the BriaCell R&D program and companion diagnostic platform known as BriaDx™, and for general corporate purposes."

Also Nasdaq listing sought. Anyone remember the conditions?

Dave I had a quick look last night and it appears the HLA-A alleles are more common in asian populations, quite rare in usa Caucasian, I'll try to find some of the older publications describing the briavax cell line to see if there is an mention of the ethnicity. If I have time today I'll try to come up with a more complete answer.
