Robert, In the 2 Thess. verse it refers to Gentiles in Thessalonica being like the Jews that all killed the Lord Jews and Gentiles alike for everyone who has ever sinned caused a part of the Lord Yeshuas sacrifice for sinners. The Gentile non believers are being compared to the Jews but remember in Romans 11 it says that they (Israel, Jews) are enemies of the Gospel on YOUR account. What is the excuse for the Gentiles that are Christ killers, and hostile to all men. You see we are not saying the Jews as humans are better than anyone, clearly not so, all we are saying is that God has a plan, and these people are a part of this plan. The New Covenant that you have been grafted into was made with the House of Israel and the House of Judah and if as you desire they cease to exist then there is no more covenant and what do you think the chances of that are. So save yourself all this agrevation and leave the Jews for God to take care of and focus on the people you do love(your own).For every negative verse you give I can give 10 postitive, the only problem is that in your misunderstanding you take every good verse to mean you and every bad verse to mean the Jews so I think it is funny that you ask if Alan realises what a verse clearly says. Another verse that needs to be answered (just as I print it as you do) is Romans 11:11 Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all Rather because of their transgression, salvation has come to the Gentiles TO MAKE ISRAEL ENVIOUS. Don't think to many Jews are going to be jealous of what you are producing, I can go on and on with the obvious reason for you to be respectfull to the people Paul said he would give up his very salvation for. You do not seem to understand how you look to other people. Others are saying you are evil and hostile and some have even left this thread in the past beacuse of Emile. So all of you need to stop and do a fruit check. I know my husband and he is the kindest most humble and loving person to all people I have ever known so I am sure you are speaking in the flesh when you accuse him of being proud for I have not seen a proud bone in his spirit. When we started this thread everyone was saying they are the spiritual Jews and the true Israel of God that sounds like pride to me.Satan used scripture when he tempted the Lord in the desert and his name satan means accuser in Hebrew. You are accusing the people from whom comes your salvation, they have not their Messiah so the time of the Gentiles be completed and your lack of respect for their problems shows a serious hostility like you quote from 1 Thess.
