INDEX UPDATE ----------------------------- There were a few good signals and 1 substantial bad signal with today's rally. A few indexes BKX,DRG(and maybe more - have not finished my analysis) have pierced the previous peaks which is a good signal that this rally is still intact. However, the SOX, which is a major index, was very weak relatively and that is not that good of a technical signal. There I am getting mixed signals as to the strength of this rally, but the bias is still to the upside. Its a matter of the strength of this rally. It appears that for the short-term this rally will continue upwards but its strength is questionable. At this time I cannot tell by the technicals what the extent of this rally will be.
