Hi Elroy, You're right - the 10 Q from last quarter wasn't available, my mistake :) The reason you couldn't find the filing is given in their NT 10Q from Nov. 17, 2015 (available on the same site from before); * emphasis mine : The Registrant could not complete the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q within the initially prescribed time period due to an ongoing Audit Committee investigation, which was previously disclosed in the Registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on November 5, 2015. The Audit Committee of TCP’s Board of Directors is conducting an internal investigation concerning the scope and propriety of payments made by its Chairman with his personal funds relating to TCP’s business. The Audit Committee also is investigating whether relationships exist between its Chairman and Vice-Chairman and certain vendors. * Happy investing, GDV
