Ozzie,

Well it looks like I'm outnumbered here and while I admit Tampa played a very good game this week, they will have to play a lot better when they come up to cheese land. With Gilbert Brown healthy Tampa will not be able to run like they did against the Lions, so Dilfer needs to have a great game. Should be interesting. (GB-30 TB-13)

Boy, if you guys could put together a visit with the UMSI people that would be great. It's an awful lot to ask of you but it would be sensational. Even if you can't their answer to an inquiry would be telling.

Ozzie, I suppose dumping is an alternative but at this point I'm prepared to ride this one out. Finding out the truth with some tough, hard questions is what we need right now, but how do you get to the truth. The financials are one way but they are nowhere in sight. That makes me more skeptical than anything. It's an arrogant disregard for the shareholder and that boarders on criminal.

JPS-- I don't think you were to hard at all. It's hard to dispute the truth.

Regards.

HG

Gary: Great idea! I'm all for it; however, I have to admit that diplomacy is not really my strong suit. But, if you want to do it after the 1st of the year, I'm dying to ask Baker why he out and out lied to me about the 10k being filed by the end of the month. Also, I have a few other things I'd like to ask him, and I only know one way to go; that's directly to the point.

If you guys just let me know when you're available I'll call and make the appointment.

GeneM

p.s. I think Gilbert Brown might have a little trouble with Alstott, and he's too big to get down low enough to trap Dunn. Should be a good game. Farve is the key, he is one tough cookie.

Non Compos Mentis Club
Gentlemen:
With all due respect why would you waste your time much less my time visiting UMSI. Having had the benefit of recently reading your comments over the last several months I am astounded at gullible nature of this thread.
Of course we all want this stock to regain it's former lofty price but WE seem to want to believe so much that WE are onboard some emotional roller coaster and we kiss the hand that throws us some scraps.
This last month:
Dec 2-Member talks to Zani-10K and 10Q by Dec 15 member "accepts explanation" "stock price will take care of itself"
Dec 12- Member visits offices-"He's impressed" good explanation for everything!
Dec 12-16th -Several members buy more! "Baker told me financials would be out by end of month"
Dec 22- Member speaks with Zani-"Gentleman says everything OK!" "The faithful will be rewarded!"-More gruel Sir?.

So if we go there as vigilantes what do we say when we are patted on the head and assured that everything will be OK? Too much fecal matter in the diet can cause Mad Cow sickness!
No offense Guys.
I think the answers are not what is coming from UMSI but a higher power (SEC) might be the place to turn.
