The aggregate amount of funds required by Premier to purchase
the Shares directly owned by it referred to in Item 5 hereof and to pay related
costs was approximately $1,527,067. All of such amount was obtained from

The company looks pretty interesting but is one of those companies struggling without sufficient cash to bring its products to market. This is where PLSIA stands strong and it sounds like they might be doing something smart which can tie in with their other businesses. I appreciate your posting this info as PLSIA releases most information several hours away from when the market trades.
