Cary, You said
>>IF I WAS A SHAREHOLDER OF THIS COMPNAY I WOULD WANT TO KNOW HOW THEY ARE GOING TO MEET THOSE EARNINGS! IRA MONIS SHOULD BE ABLE TO CONVEY THAT TOYOU OR ANYBODY ELSE ON THIS THREAD VERY EASILY.<<

IF you are considering buying shares in FAMH, please do your own DD to your own comfort level as everyone has to do.

If Ira or the company has not answered your questions yet, perhaps you should try what everyone else has to do and that is to TRY AGAIN! Other people do it all the time.

Each person must get the answers they need to make their own decisions. Please do not ask others to do for you what you should be doing for yourself.

The discussion regarding the 3rd Q income was posted previously. I have had the flu the last three days and I do not have the time nor energy to look up the post.

Here are the phone numbers for FAMH.
212-425-2168
Fax 212-425-2408

For their PR firm: 888-345-6060

For Alexander Wescott: 888-776-8384

Cary, my investment group owns more shares of this company than
probably anyone else on SI. Because of that I am in pretty constant
contact with the company because we need to protect our investment.

The way I see it is that the only way there can be trouble here is if
the company has falsified their press releases since we have press
releases publically stating earnings of .12/shr for the frist 3 qtrs.
They'd have to lose a lot of ground to wipe that out in the 4th qtr.
Both the company and Alexander Wescott claims the EPS numbers are
fully diluted on the 24MM shrs outstanding, at least for 3rd Qtr.

So let's say for a minute that they aren't fully diluted and they
lose money 4th quarter... good enough worst case? Let's say they only
make an EPS of .02 for the entire year. I think a stock price of .30
is completely justified at those levels.

I am inclined to trust the company. Not only have I visited an office
for myself and verified that the business is in fact real, but I have
had enough contact with the people involved to feel good about them.

If they want to wait to get the financials out to me that's fine.
I don't agree that it's the best thing either, but since they are
currently unaudited they really don't hold any more credence than the
press releases if you think the company is lying to you. As to the
funds that are interested, I have posted the names of the two funds
which have ALREADY bought the stock, and I know of a couple others
who are looking at it, one of them overseas. I am told there are
others but the names of the prospective investors cannot be released.

I am content to wait and see what the company does. If they've lied,
then they'll go to jail and any money they made from my group won't
be a lot of consolation. If they haven't lied and they are doing all
they can to make my investment worth while, I am content to wait.

I do appreciate your concerns and I think they would be lessened if
you visited one of their offices and saw it was all for real.

-John

Cary-
I rarely post to this or any other thread, but I do follow each post with a great deal of interest. I have a small position in FAMH, as well as many other BB companies.
The pattern that is developing with FAMH is a very old one. Big splash and hype on the front end and lame excuses on the back end. The reasons I bought a few thousand shares of this stock are (A)the industry that FAMH is in and (B)the price at the time. I really don't give a damn what Ira does or says. He is way out of his league. The old man (Adam)is the only person to listen to. This is still HIS company. The flap over the financials (i.e. reporting of) is just hot air. Until they are audited and LEAGALLY documented, they don't exist.
The wild eyed "this stock will make you rich" folks are mostly just boring. I respect those few who ask the tough questions and demand proven, truthful answers.

TO ALL.... I apologize for my posts this evening. I have no intention on buying this stock and should have stayed away. Peoples perceptions vary greatly and when it comes to this stock it is quite apparent that my view points are entirely opposite from most or all on this thread.Again my apologies. Good luck in your investment.
