Hi Fawn, I've been reading the Yahoo Message Board. I even saw Harold post !!! Thanks for calling the company. The news from CAFE management would be really interesting if they mentioned HOW MUCH the property is worth to the landlord. Otherwise we could just be in an extended standoff where the landlord just waits for CAFE to go out of business. Regards, Chris
