Agree. News on two new collaboration and Delta patent (btw I didn't found nothing extraordinary in patent) passed by and we are drifting until clear picture about this merge evolve. Hope that at H&Q conference we will get good sense. Otherwise my money is dead longer than I initially thought.

The valuations are not irrationally low when viewed by arbitragers who are betting on the deal to collapse. Until it goes through or not, there won't be much upside in the price until then, if at all in the immediate term. IMHO.
