Awaiting earnings and then the move upwards.

Don't they need to finish the accounting restatement (or whatever is going on in that regard) first?

I bought some more yesterday. The price was $1.20 bid $1.22 offer. I placed an order to pay $1.22 for 3,000 shares. Amazingly I got filled at $1.2199. Even on these very very thinly traded stocks, the algorithms are in there jumping in front of the market makers. I expect that on the big liquid stock, but I thought on a stock like TCPI (where 3,000 shares can be 50% of daily volume) that that kind of thing wouldn't happen.
