Mark and Joel: Number one I am bullish because of the over reaction to the pacific rim bad news. that coming at "tax selling " season prompted more people to dump than would have normally. talk to your friends think about how you reacted. Did more of you think about selling and setting on the sidelines for a while... Are you so much different than Joe public,, probably not. Several if not most tech stocks are at or below same levels as they were last january. Do you think tech is done? Anywhere even close to done? In fact the average medium sized firm is not even up to the tech stage level yet. Most smaller firms have a couple of computers and think that is the limit of tech advances. Man there is a loooong ways to go yet. Will it be all in January / No of course not . I am just saying .. i can feel it wanting to run. Follow PAIR for a few days this next 2 weeks, that will tell you if I am right or wrong. ( by the way I have a rather large bet that i am right on PAIR.) Just give techs some news to work with and stand back. They are not dead believe me,, just resting. By the way I do think there will be some consolidation in the industry which should be good all around. For example do we really need 5 or 6 head manufactors serving 10 or 11 hdd builders? CRDoug
