TNP. I don't know enough about the oil/gas maritime transport business to determine if TNP is a value opportunity or value trap.

However, given TNP's low p/e, low p/bk value, presumed stock buyback program, and recently increased dividend (again), I am betting a small amount that TNP is a value buy. I also have positions in the a & b preferred shares.

Just my opinion, and I've been wrong many, many times.
