That just goes to show that if you look hard enough, you can find someone offering investment advice just as you want to hear it. I heard a guy this evening on NBR say small caps will do well in '98.

Yes it is, and below the 21 day average. I think it's a question of choose your poison.

All in all, I can't see anything in the indicators that would lead one to buy -- or sell.
