I don't look for immediate upside. For all these companies, my plan is to hold pretty much forever or until current owner operators die, retire, no longer do good job.

TESB:BE is continued turnaround story. Bet on the jockey, since businesses are so so.
Exor - I don't particularly like Fiat/CNH/Ferrari/Juventus, but I think the team is great, so I'll see how they do. My personal opinion only. ;)

I'm not gonna pound on the table about any of these.

Another one possibly: EFFN:SE. Possibly even further away from being cheap. I don't have much of this one and less conviction too.
