You jump to "war crime" without showing any evidence of it.

Also "no investigation" isn't true, at least about the 1st bombing (and the most recent is too recent to really have had an investigation even start).

You might have a better case if you argued for changes in rules of engagement to help prevent such things from reoccurring, but that isn't without its own problems. Restrictive rules of engagement also allow cause people to get killed.
