I suspect 3 possible problems with the UK, one - Takeda was waiting for the room temp version, which is delayed now, or 2 - Pfizer paid them to sit on it, or 3 - the product is too complicated to get lots of patients to try it and stay with it. UK sales have been disappointing from the start. Maybe it's not enough of a money maker for the big companies to market a niche product, the smaller companies perhaps are a better fit, like marjorelle and ferring.
