If they did nothing wrong then why punish them at all? Since when does "didn't commit a war crime" = "did nothing wrong"? Actually its not even that, my statement was more along the lines of "didn't clearly commit a war crime", combined with "you haven't provided serious evidence that they committed a war crime". Which falls short of "didn't commit a war crime", and doesn't even hint at "did nothing wrong".
