Mork did not admit to shortselling this stock. he has admitted to a sale not long, which is exactly what you will be doing when you sell this stock, since the shares are not long in your account.

The failure to deliver caused a short in the account, the same as if you failed to deliver valid certificates against the sale.

And you have no reason to call him a criminal either.

BTW, what do you think of Morgan and Breton's actions, in light of what the SEC has told us, and the halt.

A while back you said you'd re-evaluate if the company didn't come up with the $5 million as promised on the 24th. What are your thoughts now?

Pugs,

Correct me if I'm wrong here. Wasn't Zapara a "consultant" for OVIS/RMIL??

I believe that is what I understand. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong and tell me where Zapara got his shares from.

Regards,

Ron
