Michael -

Have you seen a post by StewUSA of 29th December on the Motley Fool board.

Like us he likes the company but went into a CompUSA store and the rest I think you should read on his post.

Michael it's clear that a lot of people are away and with no news the market is doing things to certain shares that I don't believe would happen if the entire crew were at their stations. I am also fairly convinced that there is nothing wrong with the Company or its products.

It would be helpful if we had someone on the thread who understood what the funds do at the year end thirty days out from a secondary which got caught up in the first instance in the market drop related to Korea and then related to other storgage and semi-conductor weekness. In other words do you think it is standard practice in the fund industry to operate short routines at a time and in circumstances like these for SNDK?

Michael -

I have been saying that I don't think there is anything wrong with the company but look a the Yahoo thread:-

messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com

They've been trying to contact the compny's IR dept today and haven't been able to reach them! That would be a bad sign. Could you see if they're available tomorrow?

Michael - do you have time to call IR tomorrow? Today's action is very disturbing to me. I'm not convinced that what we have been seeing - especially today's action - is not of concern to us. Also, regarding the earlier post of seeing bottom (from another poster), it's been my experience that bad news (if that's what's on the horizon) is never fully built-in to a stock.

Has IR been typically well-informed to answer questions relating to abnormal performance (eg. lots of volume) in the past? Hopefully IR can shed some light.
