Karl, Interesting stuff. This would be the second company losing money PLSIA has began to play with, I think they lost about 2 million last year. I can't imagine this being for investment -- other than a majority owned investment, as liquidity for that size a position is not realistic, and I imagine some of the large trades were arranged crosses from cooperating shareholders. Could present a trading opportunity. I would watch for Josephthal on the level 2 bid and bail when they leave the bid. Cheers Steve
