Watching Trump march toward the nomination is not unlike finding a fart with a lump in the middle.

Only worse.

Much worse.

His enthusiastic acceptance by nominal conservatives indicates a belief in freedom and the limited government we once had has been finally and totally squished from the national psyche.

I've tried here and there to argue against his nonsensical mercantilist positions, not uncommon in a business person unfamiliar with informed economic analysis. That has earned me uninformed abuse or ignores. Only one person countered with an actual argument, that concerning brownish morons who think they can and should make the U.S. Mexico.

The proven stuff of strong societies is outside the dialog; instead blind faith in the bloviations of a con artist who has capitalized on intense emotional reactions to prior failures of other weasels.

Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe, if elected, he'll cause the oceans to cease their rise, the earth to begin to heal, the abolition of dandruff, and an instant transition to nirvana.

Maybe chickens got lips.
