Aaron,

Declining prices drive PC unit demand (60% of global semi consumption) ,which reduces chip component inventory,which extends chip delivery lead times, which causes component supply dislocations, which causes component price upticks for quick delivery, which requires increased chip production, which requires increased demand for equipment.
