Trey-- >the problem is, CEO of BEL is saying that deployment is going to be much broader than anticipated, that they are going to be able to deploy more lines than they originally anticipated.< That same CEO also said that ADSL would be deployed (if I remember my PR correctly) in 1996 or early 1997. Never happened. I do not doubt we can achieve high deployment numbers. It is the time frames I am concerned about. We are expecting a BA deployment in mid '98. What if they announce a few months from now that deployment is being delayed until early 1999 due to.... This worries me. WSTL has no control over an RBOC's deployment timeframe. Hal
