That same CEO also said that ADSL would be deployed (if I remember my PR correctly) in 1996 or early 1997. Never happened. I do not doubt we can achieve high deployment numbers. It is the time frames I am concerned about. We are expecting a BA deployment in mid '98. What if they announce a few months from now that deployment is being delayed until early 1999 due to.... This worries me. WSTL has no control over an RBOC's deployment timeframe.
