While reliability is important most users have been craving features and not reliability. It's a joke when a computer professional rakes NT or Win95 over the coals when it really takes quite an effort for the normal everyday user to bring it down.

NT will eventually fix these problems! There must be a bezillion lines of code to be checked, and we all know that it takes a long time. I guess that the ideal place to be is buying the tried and true software, except that usually the support is only for the latest and greatest. Kind of a catch-22!
