Pretty silly question, if you ask me. Because there are more misinformed sellers than informed buyers.

Your question seems to suggest that a stock cannot be irrationally low. Why was SanDisk selling at a split adjusted level of under $2 in 1998? Because it had no future, and a 37x gain was not in the cards?
