I have not heard of it but I'm immediately concerned by the dividend. While it sounds sustainable by earnings, I would expect a divi cut. Anything over about 8% is a problem in my mind. I don't know the particular business, but coal is a business as a whole that is highly distressed, which might be part of the reason the divy is so high due to a sp decline. I was burned with a few oil companies that had 13-15% yields due to the 2015 sp decline before they cut them altogether.
