I'm usually up by 4 am, 3:30 am might be just a bit too early, but by 4 am I'm up and getting ready for the day... I check the TV world news to see if anything big happened overnight, and then I go online and look over the news sources from around the world... it's interesting to see how other countries report the same news events from their perspectives... I also check the world markets and see what our futures markets are doing... I bring my charts up to date from the overnight action... all this may take nearly two hours, and then I play a few games of scrabble with my computer while listening to Spotify with my headsets... by that time the sun is up and I'm ready for breakfast... and of course, I'm also early to bed...
