Think your only savior now is that one dissident shareholder Its been a while since I studied CHTL but the EDGARS and Usenet sites had info which could be useful. Unfortunately CHTL's principles are lawyers who will not go into bankruptcy blindly . The patents appeared chatteled and their origin were from family members in Europe . As insurance I would rally a group here to pursue a contact with the dissident shareholder as his name appears somewhere on the Usenet. I first looked at CHTL when it was $8 , then recently at $.50 , and expressed my feelings of concern here at this thread at that time . I used HOTBOT and Alta Vista in my DD search and I think some of the dissident shareholder court filings were in my past posts as sites. My best wishes that your investment will recover by itself but I suggest your investigative activity begin before delisting. Jim K.
